White Bean and Kale Stew & Yves' Veggie Bavarian Sausage Review

In the January issue of Bon Appetit, there's a couple of vegetarian recipes, including one for a fabulous White Bean and Kale Stew. The recipe made a good quantity - about 8 meals and freezes very well.

For that extra "meatiness", I grilled and sliced up two Yves Veggie Bavarian Sausages, which lended the perfect "smoky" flavor to the very delicately flavored stew.

In combinasion, it made a very hearty meal and I'll make this recipe again.
